The Low Tox Box

1. What is The Low Tox Box?

The Low Tox Box is a curated mystery box of clean beauty and personal care products. Each launch features a new lineup of brands that meet our ingredient and sustainability standards.

2. How often is it released?

We currently launch limited-edition boxes seasonally. Each drop is available only while supplies last.

3. What sizes are the products?

Products vary between full-size and deluxe sample sizes. Each item is selected intentionally to create a balanced discovery experience.

4. Is it a subscription?

Not at this time. The Low Tox Box is currently a one-time purchase. A subscription model may be introduced in the future.

5. Can I customize my box?

No. Each box is thoughtfully curated to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded experience. Discovery is a core part of the concept. Customization options may be offered in the future.

6. What are your ingredient standards?

We partner with brands that prioritize transparency, avoid misleading “clean” marketing claims, and align with our non-toxic philosophy.

7. Returns & shipping

Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right. We currently ship within the U.S.

Better Snacks Club

1. What is Better Snacks Club?

Better Snacks Club is a limited-edition curated snack box featuring sweet and savory products made with ingredients we stand behind. It extends our philosophy of intentional living beyond beauty and into everyday food choices.

2. Is Better Snacks Club a subscription?

No. Each drop is released in small batches and sold as a one-time purchase. Subscriptions will hopefully be offered in the future.

3. How do you choose the snacks?

Every snack is reviewed for ingredient quality and brand transparency. We prioritize products made without unnecessary fillers or misleading health marketing. All snacks are free from seed oils, refined sugars, food dyes, and artificial/natural flavors.

4. What types of snacks are included?

Each box includes a mix of sweet and savory options. Specific items vary by drop.

5. Are the boxes limited?

Yes. Each launch is small-batch and available only while supplies last.

6. Returns & shipping
