Q: Why is this a presale?
A: Presale helps us prepare the exact number of boxes to reduce waste and keep costs down. It also gives you early access before we sell out!

Q: I purchased a Presale Low Tox Box — now what?
A: First of all, THANK YOU!  Your order is locked in. Because this is a presale, boxes will ship once they’re officially ready (November 10-15). You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as it’s on the way. 

Q: When will my presale box ship?
A: We will ship all presale boxes no later than November 15. We’ll keep you updated by email if anything changes so you’re never left wondering.

Q: Will I be charged right away?
A: Yes — your payment secures your spot since presale quantities are limited.

Q: Can I order more than one box?
A: Yes! You can order multiple boxes during presale while supplies last.

Q: Can I cancel my presale order?
A: We’re unable to cancel presale orders since each box is packed and reserved just for you. But we think you’ll love it!

Q: Will I get to see what’s inside before it ships?
A: We’ll be sharing sneak peeks on Instagram, TikTok, and via our newsletter in the weeks leading up to shipment — but part of the fun is the surprise!

Q: What if I ~really~ want to know what's inside before purchasing?
A: If curiosity is just too strong to resist, you can email me at objectthrive@gmail.com and I’ll give you the inside scoop. But fair warning — knowing ahead of time takes away the surprise (and that’s half the fun!).
